Assignment:
1. Watch the e-waste video below
2. Using a computer and a word processing application (if available - otherwise hand write on paper) to answer the following questions:
- Where is Ghana?
- Briefly explain what e-waste is?
- Where does the e-Waste in Ghana come from?
- Briefly explain the main issues? Be Specific.
- Briefly explains why these issues are important?
- Why do the children light fires? What are they looking for?
- Why are the fires unsafe?
- Briefly explain solutions to resolve these issues?
- Using Google, research companies/organizations in Ontario that are making a difference to handle e-waste
Identify what the company is specifically doing to reduce/eliminate or process e-waste.
